You're invited to a celebration of International FASD Awareness Day to watch the Whāngarei Canopy Bridge light up RED on 09/09! 

Alongside hundreds of other landmarks both in Aotearoa and around the world on 09/09, a number of sites around Whangārei will be lighting up as well as the Canopy Bridge:
• the Laurie Hall Park tree
• Cameron Street Mall
• Forum North carpark

To mark this, FASD-CAN is inviting local people with FASD and their parents and caregivers  to join RuruHana Brownie, our Te Tai Tokerau Kaiwhakatere / Navigator and her amazing team to eat pizza and watch the Canopy Bridge light up.

Where: Whangārei Canopy Bridge waterfront 
When: 6pm-8pm
Optional dresscode: RED of course! 

* FASD-CAN will be providing the pizza – but please bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and any extras.

Best red outfit will win a prize! From shoes to hats – don't hold back! Of course, you don't have to dress up, but we'd love to see our fabulous FASD team paint the town red on 09/09.
