FASD Education Advisory Group announced

It's official – we've appointed a diverse team of FASD-informed educators to advise us about ongoing policy.

Our Education Advisory Group (EAG) is a voluntary group of FASD parents/caregivers who either work in the education sector or are professionals experienced in supporting those with FASD through the education system. The purpose of the EAG is to provide advice, input and support to us on issues relating to the education of ākonga with FASD in Aotearoa.

One of the most important parts of life for anyone with FASD is early recognition and support in education – and keeping older students in school as long as possible. We are committed to supporting whānau, caregivers, individuals and educators in this mahi and we've assembled a fantastic team to help us.
