Being part of a support group is proven to be very empowering for stressed caregivers – positive effects can include increasing emotional support, improving knowledge and reducing isolation.
We're always growing our locally-based kanohi ki te kanohi / face to face support groups, but we know that for many of our caregivers, an online support group will be the easiest way to meet with others.
