An important research study is being conducted in Aotearoa / NZ at the moment and if you are eligible you're encouraged to take part, whether caregiver or professional working with someone with FASD.
The research is being conducted by a multi-disciplinary team including researchers from the University of Auckland, Hāpai te Hauora, University of Otago, and clinicians and staff from Oranga Tamariki.
Caregivers

The research team would like to hear from whānau or caregivers of someone with FASD who has had experiences in youth justice settings. You're invited to take part in a semi-structured interview (30-60 minutes) to share your knowledge, experiences, and recommendations. Your views will be confidential and will help guide and improve knowledge to better support young people in youth justice.
As a thank you, you'll receive a $100 supermarket voucher after the interview.
