You’ve now done some thinking and planning to create a shared vision and plan so you know what you are trying to achieve with any legal arrangement you put in place.  You may decide at this stage that you do not need to consider further possible legal arrangements in order to implement the shared vision and plan.  This is perfectly fine.  However, if you have decided there are legal actions you need to consider (or take) to support implementation of the vision and plan, you now need to turn your mind to a few things.
